Cathal Conlon
Chairman
Cathal was born and raised in Ardee, Co. Louth, Ireland, and attended Liverpool John Moores University, earning a degree in sports science. As VP of Marketing at the New England Revolution, he oversees and directs all aspects of marketing initiatives, including promotional activities, fans’ in-stadium experience and the team’s overall branding efforts. Cathal began his career in the golf industry, with positions at the country clubs of Brae Burn (Newton, MA), Ring of Kerry (Kenmare) and Warwick, Rhode Island.
Donal Conlon
Director
Donal was born in Dublin but spent most of his life in Sligo, Ireland. Graduated from University of Galway (NUI Galway), in Industrial Engineering, and University of Aberdeen in IT in Medical Physics, he focused his career in software, which brought him to the US. Donal runs the Advanced Managed Services Practice at Insight where they help companies transform and adapt to the cloud.
Clodagh Boyle
Director
Clodagh is is Vice President of Communications and Events with the Irish American Partnership.
As a communications and business development leader, she is responsible for the development and implementation of global brand strategy and management of all marketing communications and public relations across a range of channels.
Advocate for gender equality and advancing educational opportunity.
Marcelle Murray
Director
Marcelle is a founding board member of Irish Network Boston. Experienced in event management; project and business administration; marketing; and training. An Irish native, she lived in London and Sydney, resides in Boston, and works at Biogen. Marcelle mentors young professionals and inspires INB to cultivate an inclusive network.
John Cloghan
Director
John grew up in County Clare and went to school in St Munchins College in Limerick. Johns professional background is in Architecture and Project Management where he studied undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Waterford Institute of Technology and University of Limerick, respectively. After moving to the US from London, John currently works as a consultant Project Manager to DivcoWest Real Estate Developments in Cambridge where he works on a development of Laboratory buildings for Pharma clients.
Kevin Culkin
Director
Originally from Ballina, Co Mayo, Kevin attended NUI Galway and subsequently Dublin City University receiving a Masters in Financial Mathematics. He moved to Boston in early 2016 and joined Irish Network shortly thereafter. Working as a VP for Wells Fargo’s Technology Media and Telecom team, Kevin is focused on supporting early and growth stage technology companies in the North East. Prior to moving to Boston, he worked as a Corporate Banker across Europe for both Wells Fargo and AIB.
