About the event

The lecture will be delivered by Dr Michael K Needham. Michael has a unique interest and perspective on Brexit as he was born and grew up in South Armagh close to the Irish – British border. Having lived through the troubles, the peace and now the uncertainty. For him the trigger to emigrate with his young family to American was the Brexit referendum in June 2016.

On a professional level, Michael is an expert in change management who coaches and advises high performing organizations and individuals on how to have a greater impact. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Queens University Belfast, a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from the Robert Gordon University Aberdeen and a PhD on organizational transformation from Ulster University.
